This is a sequential progression, and that exact term is used in the text of the Rig Veda Code page. I get a lot of hits when I Google the search terms of sequential progression + Rig Veda.
Nothing has led to two, four-word possibilities but perhaps someone else might hit upon something that I'm missing.

Sidharth also points out that 1^1 x 2^2 x 3^3 x 4^4 x 5^5 = 86,400,000. Now in 1 day you have 86,400 seconds or 43,200 seconds in half a day (the Kalpa is 4,320,000,000).
