Prediction-Presidential Debates Suspended?

I'm not quite sure about this and figured you guys could help me out.

I remember reading a thread a while back where someone mentioned the debates being cancelled just before Bush declares Martial Law.

Or something to that extent.

Does anyone remember any thread that contained this post?
