Friend and foe? How is that possible.

Ok, this is strange, but could have a pretty dumb answer. So this is the story........ I was on ats a couple days ago, and was reading some posts as usually, and I come across a friend that I have never choose to be a friend. So I picked him as my foe to see what would happen. Now it says he is a foe, but Iam under his friends like I picked him to be a friend, and I am under his profile as a foe. How did that happen? Take a look for yourself, and see what I mean. His name is baked. Any answers would be appreciated.

Right, but look at his profile, Iam under his friends and his foes, and both say they were picked by me. Its an anomaly. Sorry I have difficulty explaining this.

ok, i had to look at his profile, baked.

im a friend of his also, but he is not on my profile.

this happens from time to time. i cant remember why.

I read a thread about this once and I wish I could remember more, but it said something about if your name shares several letters with someone elses that was friended or foed.

Hopefully a mod will step in and give a better explanation.

no i did not pick him, there is existing threads about this, i will post if i can find it.

Ah!! That makes sense. Because people I never talked to before are my friends, and there is some guy names schism with the same exact friends as me. I get it. Thanks!!
