He wanted to reschedule it for the VP debate date to get Palin off the hook. That failed and he did himself no good by it. He looked like the mean old man. What happened to the McCain of 2000? Very sad.

Personally, if an elected dumbazz is running for a higher office (or running to get re-elected), I don't think they should just forget about their "day job".

Our tax dollars are still paying McCain and Obama......they should take the time out of their campaign schedule to go to DC and deal with the job they have, not just deal with the job they want.

During the Russian President election debate, McCain went up against another experienced Fascist-sovinist running for the position and he came out of that debate pritty much ahead, it gave him the Moon Ruler position. As we've seen , things can change.. dramatically.

Its going to be interesting.
