What makes Anglo-America a good Fascist State?

My grandaddy was Dutch and had comments on the Germans. One observation he made about Thatcher's Britain was 'no matter how Fascist you are, you need a fit and skilled workforce.' We trained none of our dole, but kept the young fit. The point is that when we invaded Iraq, we became the new Fascists. How many of our own do we train, will we train, give a chance to, even (in US case) heal. When will we co-ordinate training and jobs and well ....... argh.....
