I really don't know wether or not I can trust Iran, or if they really are the "evil" that we are led to believe that they are. I can tell you this though, I do know that I don't trust our own government or the elite who puppeteer our leaders.

Im not going to go into a deep history lesson but its because we as in America overthrew Irans elected government in 1953 to install shah who made sadam look like pippy longstockings. We did this because we wanted their oil. Well eventually the joke was up and the puppet government was overthrown and when they found out it was our government who did it...we get the hostage crisis. The CIA calls this blowback and we have seen it oh so many times.

But our government propaganda doesnt tell you this. You have to do your research. When you do you will see the causes. The media and government however will put it on the "evil Iranians" in reality if we in America were put in the same boat we would do the same.

By the time US citizens wake up, it will be too late. It's really too late now. It was pretty damn late eight years ago. But let's not have any (ANY) more talk about your freedom of anything. YOU DON'T HAVE IT. You just don't know it. At least the Soviets knew what they didn't have. They knew when they were being duped. You guys haven't worked it out yet.

Don't be so quick to malign Obama. He's the only shot you've got at getting any little bit of freedom/liberty/happiness back.

By the way, many Iranians are not even muslims in their hearts. Lately (in last few decades) they have been forcefully converted into Islam and many Iranians still hold their ancient faith in secret. In my opinion - which could be wrong - that Zoroastrian thought shone brightly through Ahmadinejad's speech.

The muslim part of Iran is merely the loudest part - just like rightwing christianity in America. One could argue how much they both have real influence in politics.
