jail cells heading to vernal utah for the new jail they are building there sorry to burst the dooms day bubble but this is the way they build jail cells now a days.

It's not really fast either. This Thread is 3 or so years old. They are still working on the addition to the jail in Spanish Fork.
I saw this somewhere else recently. I guess people will believe anything.

You're right. I was looking at the wrong number or something.

They have been working on the addition to the jail in Spanish Fork for three years though.

These prefab cubicles are actually pretty cool.
Way cheaper than building it all on site.
And you could modify them in many ways at production for use with many other things other than prisons.

Space Cadet, check the second pic up from the bottom. You see the silver thing on the left corner of the pic? that's their mirror, below that is where the combined toilet/sink'll be placed. We've got basically the same cell's in our SHU (Special Housing Unit).
