nuclear winter in the near future all because of oil.

this isn't really new[s], but yeah it did give me some chills. Truth is, whoever comes up with the answer around the time these events [may] happen, they would have control of the world. Scary thought. I doubt it would get to this because the oil co's would like to stay in business, and they'll do whatever it takes to keep us buying stuff from them.
It would be nice to get back to the basics though, small communities would thrive.
