CB radio skip..and the sun/nasa

i, as a former nasa astronaut duane g carey am very interested in this....it appears as if our current cold spell is being caused by this weak solar wind.......not anything to do with a reduction in global warming via greenshouse gases,metal particulates and ionospheric heating via superdarn network.
