The EU has decided in their terrorism summit this last weekend to create a new position that they are calling "Terror Tsar". The proposal is to be
formally approved next week.

The counter-terrorism co-ordinator is expected to work under the EU's foreign policy and security chief Javier Solana, and to be answerable to the Council of Ministers - ie to the EU's national governments, not to the European Commission.
This is not to say that the first person put into the slot will be the anti-christ, but this looks like a good position for him to be in. Just like the Security Council is the power in the U.N., the "Terror Tsar" will have powers to act out the will of the EU. I had previously wondered about the anti-christ being the EU president. This seemed to be a weak position, and it was only for 6 months. This newly created postion is a perfect place for a power seeking individual to be in. It is stated in the Bible that the anti-christ will create peace at first. Each new act of terrorism in Europe will give him more power. Watch out for this guy.
