Whats going to happen to Foreclosures?

I also wondered what will happen if the Government owns the banks,can they take you home just because they want to?,scary enough with Pariot act and eminent domaine,if the Feds decide your home would be better used as a milittary instillation they can take your home over,my next house I buy I'll pay cash for,but who is to say,they could take it anyway,guess all we can do is keep fingers crossed

I think this will prove to be the final nail in the constitution. The government will now be able to search and seize your real estate property at will.

The patriot act gave them the right to illegally search and seize you and your property on public land. THis gives them complete authority over you on your privately owned land.
