how do you guys put up those signs?on the left hand side near your name ? like on guy hasa little machine gun guy ,and another has lightning

upload your image at... mig.lathwood.co.uk...

then go to "Your Control Panel / Options" > "Edit Profile" > "Avatar URL" and submit the changes

(make sure yout avatar is small enough to meet the regulations)
