Before my "lets get healthy" days, back when i was in my first year of college, I would eat whatever i wanted, whenever i wanted. that's also how i
gained 30lbs over the course of the year. LOL.
Ice Cream (before i became lactose intolerant) - for breakfast
Pizza (when i ate meat) - for beakfast/lunch/dinner with an ice cold beer
Cheesecake (before the LI.) - brekfast usually, or at 3am, after smoking funnys stuff.
Beer/vodka/whatever was on sale - whenever, usually after class...once at lunch because in the cafeteria they had "buy a beer for breast cancer day"
so, because i support breast cancer research I HAD to have a few beer at lunch....BEFORE my last class of the day...
Its a good thing i'm lactose intolerant, it keeps me from eating certain foods. I can usually handle one serving of dairy - Yogurt is usually it for
me - i can't sacrafice THAT. I cannot STAND soy yogurt.
I can handle a piece of Cheesecake, a small piece, and only one. I'll stick that in the fridge and much on it later
