If you go to the guys who created this own site they say in several places that if you order their reports ( the Alta reports) which cost a LOT of money you will not get your money's worth...out of their own mouths... they allude to it being entertainment... and here is a direct quote from them.

Don't you realize that statistically they have to be right a certain percentage of time just by odds??? Also...when they claim that they are right "slighly more than they would expect by odds" ... that too is a trend that can and will be cancelled out over the next run where they don;t hit. We humans tend to count the hits and ignore the misses making any coincidence seem more cosmic than it is!! WAKE UP.. And remember read the guys own caveats about their reports being for entertainment!!

Now what are the odds that anything these two have to say will be bigger in impact than 9/11? Even if a sniper somehow managed to evade the Secret Service, it still couldn't top the death toll of 9/11.

Let's see America has a financial collapse which looks rigged. We have a president who has done all he could to push through the NAU. Tomorrow could be the day that the Amero backed by silver makes its debut. That would be monumental.

The web bot project is one of the more fascinating threads i have read on ATS. I tend to believe in the idea of collective unconsciousness(sp) I like to think that we are all connected in ways we dont yet grasp.

The internet, other then the porn and spam, seems like the only tangible way to tap into this collective. Never before has this planet been able to connect and interact so easily. If the web bot is legitimate ,it may be the most important discovery in history. The psychological and philisophical rammifications are uncalculable.

Will anything happen? we will know in a few hours.

Where's all the other webbot predictions?

Who wins the super bowl? the election? Where is the World Cup going after South Africa?

I'm watching some Peter Jennings right now. I half expected him to be reporting from under his desk today but instead it appears he's avoiding financial news. At least as far as I've seen so far...

aussie and asian share markets are crawling back now i heard on the radio on the way home from work this afternoon as our (australia) reserve bank cut interest rates by 1%

Yes, a 1% rate cut is pretty huge. Last time I can recall this happening in Australia was back in 1992 when there was a recession. So this move is a bit scary, because even though they've done it to ease things a bit in the money flow, it sends some very negative signals. If they'd done a 0.5% cut (which is still very substantial) then waited at least a few days to see the effects, that would have been more prudent.

On CNN International they are referring to it as "bold move" by the Australian Reserve Bank, but to me this move looks almost panicky. Okay, the immediate effect is that traders will more likely buy in to the markets, but give them a day or two to think about it and they'll start to wonder: how many times can the Reserve cut rates like this? Is this the solution to the endemic problems or just a temporary fix?

Can you imagine the effects if the US Fed cut rates 1% in a single move?
