hello..

listening to various individuals who have a wide range of beliefs regarding 'souls'..from people like john lear and his mechanical/electronic soul to more 'spiritual' alien contactees like alex collier..i got thinking....what happens to the human soul..if..as these people claim.. it really exists...when and if we humans as a species ever become extinct?

are they transferable to other species?..do they simply have nowhere else to go and spend eternity 'bodyless'...

personally i dont see any reason to believe in the soul as such but i would be interested in hearing your opinions on this matter..could this be the supposed reason why certain alien species want us to survive..so our souls have a physical body in the future?

thanks

First, we will not become extinct. No matter what happens, our dna has been stored and there will be an exodus of thousands, perhaps a million of us to begin again.
But most importantly, there are many races of humans throughout the universe, our galaxy has many start systems (alpha centauri, orion, procyon, sirian, pleaides, tau ceti. lyrae and too many to mention) told by many many contactees and disclosures. And there are other races as well.

Its more a question of what level our soul is at, for every soul there are many planets to chose from however. Our souls evolution will continue.

hello..thanks for your comments.

i cant see humans existing as humans for ever however...if..as you say..many will leave and many have left then surely our dna will become contaminated over time through interbreeding..and when does a human stop being a human..?....or are you implying 'pure' humans may be created from stored dna to act simply as containers for souls that are requiring evolution?

Good morning alienesque,

depends thru what glass of believe you want to look thru. If you take the abrahamic glasses, your soul is not ment for another body or a new inkarnation. If you look thru the vedic glasses, you find out that, the soul is unchangeable just the bodies where they are born into, are various. It can be a plantsbody, human, or animal...if its inkarnated on earth, other souls are reborn in other dimensions and spaces, with different bodies, but the soul remains the same. Its unchangeable and immortal.

hello...

so the soul can switch between species...with totally different experience abilities?..it can exist in a being capable of levitation and mind reading...capable of moving in 6 dimensions...and then be housed in a purely 3 dimensional bound human container?...

For me no doubt about it. The temporary body is just like a dress for example, which you put on or off when you are born or when you are dead. Even you choose another dress, a fancy one, yourself still remains the same.

Let's play with a more extreme idea instead then ...

Let's suppose that next year when the LHC goes full power and accidentally somehow winks the universe out of existence. What happens then? Mind you, this is just a hypothetical thought experiment.

Souls are thoughts in the mind of Eternity.

But Eternity is (obviously) very, very old, and has Alzheimer's Disease.

That's what happens.

First the word Soul must be defined, not as what we want it to be, or believe it to be, but rather what actually it is, and not according to belief!

Once this has been defined and identified, we can then research what the soul actually is and how the soul works and what part it plays in the All.

There is a way you can see visually with your eyes, your own soul and study what it is and how it works!

I can give you a number of different ways to achieve this and I don't mean by guessing or through belief but how you can make a very simple device that acts as a mirror to do this.

But this is known by some and has been known for thousands of years.

The entire case for the "soul" is that when the Creator breathed life into Man, he became a living soul...........are we all together on this point? Next, the soul itself was immortal because Man was not designed to die, that is the curse of Sin, the disease that limits the lifespan of a human to less than one thousand years. I believe that curse goes something like this, "for in that day you shall surely die." Before that there had been no provisions for bodiless souls and soulless bodies. When Cain slew Abel and buried his body, the very ground cried out against this horror, a descendent from God's Family in a place and a condition it should not be in. Abel became the first disembodied spirit. This was a major incident with all of creation looking on to see the Creator's reaction to this unprecendented situation. As above, so below, what God proclaims is the law for all. To save or resurrect Abel who was "born of sin" by Adam and Eve would create a paradox. Sin could not be allowed in Heaven and the only way to eradicate it had not yet been devised. Today it would be like an addicted baby born of drug addict parents. The body was broken beyond repair and while it had inherited the parents "sin" it had also inherited a "immortal soul." There is no "disconnect" switch for the soul from the body. Lazarus had been dead four days when Jesus resurrected him. I don't imagine anyone hanging around their corpse that long if they had any choice in the matter.

I took a course in University about physics and its relation to the soul and eternity. The jist of it is that our souls are downloaded to sort of an infinite hard drive so we never really die. Eventually biological life gives way to AI which begins to self propogate and incorporate biological life into itself along with the souls which inhabit us.

Needless to say it was a very interesting course with lots of food for thought.
