Any confirmation on this being an actual car bomb terror attack on the US embassy though?
It just says reportedly.
I saw explosions in Yemen in the news feed but it doesn't say from what.

Official: US Embassy in Yemen hit by car bomb

SAN'A, Yemen - A car bomb targeting the U.S. Embassy hit the front gate of the compound in Yemen's capital on Wednesday, causing unspecified casualties, a U.S. spokesman said.

Ryan Gliha, the embassy spokesman, told The Associated Press by telephone that there was a second explosion that followed the initial one, but did not know what caused it.

A Yemeni security official said the embassy was hit by two car bombs and that heavy gunfire lasting around 10 minutes followed the blasts.

My thoughts are with the families of those caught up in this madness

Yeah a few week earlier the same fools tried a mortar attack but we're a bit off on ther sightings and ended up lobbing ordnance into a school hurting several children.

Dont worry folks, the same type of stuff happened to the Roman outposts and standing armies before the collapse of the Roman Empire... this will be no different.
