Spinning UFO April 2008

I tried searching for this on ATS and couldn't find it, if its been posted my apologies.

Check this out, i found this on Sky's web page, cant seem to find any more info on it right now, if anyone can help that would be great.

Very short footage, but relatively detailed, can someone get a nice zoom of this object?

Its filmed from a telescope, could this be just a satellite??

Also the video is described as spinning, but i dont see much spinning, or am i missing something?

Actually after watching many times, the object does seem to spin once at the one second mark on the video, almost like a quick spin.

Weird vid, but, completely fakable. Not saying at all that it is, but, it's so short and out of real focus and compressed...it could be a kajillion different things.

Why are there no stars?
A telescopic capture of any heavenly body/satellite will invariably include stars. They can't be avoided.
