"Man's best friend" doesn't go far enough for Buddy - a German shepherd who remembered his training and saved his owner's life by calling 911 when the man had a seizure.

On a recording of the 911 call Wednesday, Buddy is heard whimpering and barking after the dispatcher answers and repeatedly asks if the caller needs help.

Good dog. if that happened here in the UK the operator would just think it's a crank call and hang up...
After swearing a lot I might add.

Yep the police only help criminals in uk. Pointer alert if your a criminal in uk, goto the police to get who you do not like murdered. They will do it with great pleasure, especially if that person did nothing wrong in there life.

On topic, not sure i believe it, but nice story.
