Tell a saying you heard before that have to do with evolution, religion, culture, science, superstition, beliefs, luck, omens, blessings, or etc. of the like that seem to have been circulating in the world. If you can do so, state where/who it originated from.

I'll start off:

"When Hell freezes over."
