The big problem is that such measures are only policies, not Laws being enforced. But there are actual Laws against the enforcement of such policies...When are the People going to learn the difference & call the obvious bluff of the PTB & hold them accountable for such violations of the actual Law?

We're talking real Constitutional Torts here...But the problem is that the only real enforcement of the Constitution lies squarely in the hands of the People.
