Is the Mothman Beelzebub?

I don't think that Mothman is the devil.

I don't know much about paranormal or omens, but I think it's probably some sort of omen...

Um, the story intrigued me. I have the novel "The Mothman Prophecies." I think the movie is based off of it, or vice versa. I had a very good friend from Texas once who was very into Mothman theories, but I don't remember what hers were. Haven't spoken to her in years.

My boyfriend has heard stories about it from being near West Virginia. But honestly I'm not well informed on the topic. My guess is omen, though. I feel like if he was the devil, he would show up after bad accidents... not before them, right?

They are indeed. Even down to witness descriptions of an apparent lack of a neck, and furry legs. Everything about Mothman screams Thunderbird to me.
