Let's remove the phrase talking point from our vocabulary.

Just the use of the phrase trivializes an important issue to make it not seem as important. I could say the sky is blue and you could say I'm wrong and that it's a talking point. People should not generalize issues by calling them Republican or Democrat talking points. They should debate about them. I don't like this phrase. Even if it helps people it shouldn't be used.

although im of the opinion people can use any word/phrase in their vocabulary, but i do understand what your saying, however what one person sees as interesting another person doesnt i guess
