omega unit/ project montauk

I have have recently heard about the montauk project out of new york and i was wondering if there is a tie in with an organization called omega unit and its use of something called project superman??? did the govt recruit basic trainees to be part of montauk and were they in turn assigned to omega unit for covert missions????
