I don't either, but the reason why people are pointing to sun halos and saying the earth will turn into a singularity is based upon environmental impact concerns...which raises this question here: Is there an environmental impact? I think dollars to donuts there's a way of telling. The company may have even filed EPA-like compliant documentation (even though they probably don't need to) before beginning testing. That's where the general populous wants to see where all the zeros are coming from. Then again...there's a lot of underground nuclear testing so...

All CERN webcams are now closed. I saved some pics before and when i see the worried faces...
