Just a little thought, let me know what you think

Hey guys I was thinking, there is a lot of talk about who really controls the world. I had a thought, what if it wasn't the Bildeberg or Omega Group what if it actually was the intelligence agencies globally. Think about it, name any conspiracy and the CIA or another agency usually is involved in some way, shape or form. They are all unanswerable to governments so who would control what they do and how they do it? Just a thought, let me know yours.
