all life is precious;

one deed done with the devil for rights will be one deed done against the person attempting to right...

but, isn't that against the code of conduct for war or the warsaw pact? and arent these crimes punishable by the un? when ,and i say when because it is bound to happen, america and those in power(or whatever scapegoat is used for sacrifice) are tried for warcrimes for the atrocities committed; are those using fear for the right to war going to be supporting those actions now that their lives/livelyhood are in danger of being taken away?

When the U.S. got in trouble over doing what it did in Nicaragua back in the 80s, nothing happened to the U.S. at all. The International Court of Justice ruled in favor of Nicaragua and condemned the U.S. action there as "unalwful use of force". They then ordered the U.S. to stop all crimes there and pay massive reparations. The US dismissed the judgment and announced it would not accept the jurisdiction of the court.

Nicaragua then went to the UNSC. All they did was consider a resolution calling on all states to observe international law. Nothing that actually implicated the United States was worded within it. The U.S. vetoed the resolution (duh).

THEN Nicaragua went to the UN general assembly. They then passed a similar resolution to observe international law, to which only the U.S. and Israel opposed. Which means only two countries did not vote for the resoultion. That was as much as could be done lawfully and its not exactly widely known information. It truly showed how much power the U.S. had over the rest of the world. Unstoppable in illegal action.

I'm quite certain the same will happen this time as well. Instead this time, Iraq won't even try to file any complaints as they are now taken over by the U.S. itself. If anything does happen in the UN or anywhere else, it will just be a verbal denouncement of U.S. action and that will be that. No real punishment for anybody and life will continue on as it currently is with the status quo operating as usual.
