On September 9, 2008 it was reported that at least one member of Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper's Conservative Party is a member of Opus Dei.[5]

en.wikipedia.org...
Also in the Gazzette....

Running a member of the ultra-Catholic, ultra secret group Opus Dei as a candidate is proof that Prime Minister Stephen Harper's Conservative party are narrow-minded right wing ideologues who would take away a woman's right to choose
www.canada.com...

How far right winged is Harper? Allowing a open Opus Dei member to run displays how far!

I find this filled with intrigue!

After 30 years as a closet Catholic, Blair finally puts faith before politics

His spiritual awakening goes back at least 30 years, to his time as an undergraduate at Oxford, but due to political considerations Tony Blair's conversion to Catholicism has been a long time coming

On the day he stood down as Prime Minister and MP, he was appointed official Envoy of the Quartet on the Middle East on behalf of the United Nations, the European Union, the United States and Russia.
