Uh, they do. They just can't make whatever they dream up. I do like the idea of remotely identifying. Wouldn't it make more sense if it was a satellite facial recognition type thing though?

I don't buy this. If this was real, Hugo Chavez, among others, would already be dead.

This reminds me of the 'goat staring' video... All fluff, no substance... A 1940's clip of a woman deep inside the bowels of a hulking cargo ship, grimacing at a table as she imagines killing goats remotely, at the end of the clip there are extremely gratuitous 'goat shots' of her face superimposed with a goat's head. OOOOooooh. Scary. I'll behave! Bah.

Just propaganda. Nothing else. If remotely killing was even remotely real, people like Alex Jones would have been dead a long time ago
