Not sure if this is election discussion or news discussion -

The conspiracy is - Nigerian officials attempting to influence US election.

BBC news
Nigerian anti-graft investigators have seized $630,000 raised by the head of the Nigerian Stock Exchange. According to the article - The money was to be used to support US presidential candidate Barack Obama. The stock exchange chairwoman, Ndi Okereke-Onyuike, claims the $630,000 wasn’t going to go directly to Obama, but instead was going somehow going to be used to inform Nigerians living in America that they should vote for Obama. Ndi Okerekie-Onyuike is also the head of Africans for Obama, a Nigeria-based support group.

US political parties are not allowed to receive contributions from abroad. There is no indication that Obama received any money from this group.

My barackobama is having trouble loading, but the bit I get says that 5 million Nigerians want Obama to win the US Presidential election. It also says that Thirty-two members of the Lagos State House of Assembly have joined the “Obama campaign train”
