thanks for the reply's guys
also she is in a area in s. florida where there seems to be no shortage of $
however the private training market is tuff to crack unless you have the right connection, and build word of mouth, since there are literally thousand
of trainers in about a 20 miles square area.
she plans on going to HR tommorrow , but she also doesn't want to name the supervisors who know about it ( and get them tangled up) but she does want
to get it documented and is kind of boxed into a corner. she is going to see if she can get some sort of "aynominity" before letting HR know , but
she may just have to call her supervisor friend and tell her what she plans to do, and see if she is ok with it. I'm very pissed off about this B/S.
she thinks the fitness director may be worried that the guy he fired last week (who is a mutual friend of both of ours) gave us some dirt on him, and
is paranoid of that, otherwise it doesn't seem to make any sense, since they told her 2 weeks ago that she was doing such a great job (however when
she asked for her review for the last month, the guy was real scetchy and kept trying to push it off) . just throwin out all i know in case someone
has been in the HR position and has advice.
