Is This Joe Biden or His evil twin Skippy whooping it up?

I found this video on youtube, and they claim it's Joe Biden. It's sure looks like him to me, but it's hard to tell. what do you think?

The second video is also of Biden introducing Barack and Michelle, and he seems to have a bit of a buzz on as well. I feel so safe knowing one day Joe may be the guy with his finger on the button..

Joe Biden is a bit of a character and he tends to do and say things (sometimes true) that tend to bite him in the butt a bit later.

Remember when Joe Biden said he would be honored to be John McCain's vp pick and at the same time said Obama wasn't ready?
