Vienna: In a historic decision that brings India back into the global nuclear fold after over three decades, the 45-nation Nuclear Suppliers Group (NSG) on Saturday agreed to rewrite its guidelines to resume global nuclear trade with New Delhi.

India has accused China of playing spoilsport at the 45-member Nuclear Suppliers Group (NSG) meet in Vienna and government sources say that New Delhi is considering cancelling state visit of Chinese Foreign Minister Yang Jiechi.
India is unhappy with New Zealand's attitude too, and is also considering cancelling the visit by New Zealand Governor General Anand Satyanand, who is of Indian origin.
