PSI / CHI info

i made this thread for all the people who are making heaps of psi chi ect threads about all that.
people mainly want to know about
how to make psi balls,
the best methods,
the best visualisations,
ways to practise psi, (psi pinwheel ect)
and your personal tecniques that seem to work best for you.

also for all the people who can make visible psi balls, ive given up searching on youtube because the only vids that come up are fake .
i would be more likely to beleive if there were vids from members of ats.

p.s. dont start every post with.... start of by sitting down putting your hands together and channel your enery...
we all have heard this a million times. just post what has worked best for you ect...
