well let me tell you ... Look in the background see the American Flag... right...
now look at the gold fringe surrounding that flag... now Google gold fringe flag... surprise..

The man is asserting Constitutional Guarantees in a Court Room where the Constitution is suspended or doesn't apply (reserved for Military Courts) ... interesting... I wonder if he knew about the fringed flag... ha ha ha someone email him... and tell.... ha ha
