Russian allies condemn Georgia

english.aljazeera.net

Russia has won the support of six former Soviet nations over its war in Georgia during a meeting of member countries of the Collective Security Treaty Organisation (CSTO) in Moscow.

Dmitry Medvedev, the Russian president, said that the leaders of CSTO nations signed a declaration on Friday condemning an attack by Georgia which was aimed at regaining control of its breakaway province of South Ossetia.

So, now we have the basis for 'Eastern coalition' (CSTO or Tashkent treaty), the Western block (NATO) is already there, everything is ready for the WWIII...
Well, maybe wait for China and Iran to join CSTO.
And Mount Whitney is already on the way to Russian-occupied Poti...
It's all just insane, no other words.

Might as well throw this snippet in there as well instead of just highlighting the other part:

"However, the nations did not go as far as Russia and recognize Georgia's two separatist areas — South Ossetia and Abkhazia — as independent nations."

Together these countries deter war,it is a relief to know these powers cannot attack each other without risking MAD.Smaller countries may become the proxy battle ground for resources. NATO will not openly war with Russia,it's just out of the question,I'd bet my life on it

Isn't this is how it should really be written?
