Jason was tased seven times on the street, while completely unresisting.

Elliot Hughes was badly beaten when the cops knocked him off his bicycle. They stepped on his chest, and he was coughing blood all night but received no medical treatment.

Twelve officers entered his cell. Screams were heard for over five minutes. He was tasered three times, maced, and beaten, then removed and the men were told he was being taken to a restraint chair.

Folks need to remember that the protestors tore up the town and caused an aweful lot of property damage (all caught on tape and broadcasted on national news).

No, I won't be blaming the police for their actions. They did what they felt they had to do to control the crowd, which was their job. They are not supposed to kiss and hug the protestors into giving up (that is the Liberal view of how they want to treat our enemies). Frankly, when protestors turn to violence as they did, they should be treated as TERRORISTS and CRIMINALS that they are. There is NO EXCUSE for the Protestors proactive actions.

Why don't you bleeding heart liberals take a trip to Afghanistan and Kiss and Hug the Taliban and Osama Bin Ladin into giving up? Yeah, I bet that will work. You might find yourselves shot or beheaded in the process because they won't put up with your Huggin and Kissin stuff. They want to kill you because your Idiology does not mesh with theirs.

As for Jason getting hit with a tazer 7 times, he should have backed down and left when the police 1st told him to leave. Standing up to them was a stupid idea. Run away and fight another day.

Elliot was no saint either and you guys should be ashamed for leaving parts of the story out to sell your bashing of the RNC and local police.

Why is it that stupid protestors won't ever go to Washington DC to protest as they do during the political conventions ? Seems to me you would have more affect in Washington DC where your representation is. Conventions are full of plain ordinary folks. Get a life ya'll !
