Who is Paul Craig Roberts?

Paul Craig Roberts is a former Reaganite who has now decided that his involvment in the the Reagan revolution was a mistake.

Roberts is seriously dismayed by what he considers the disregard of the Republican Party for the US constitution. He has even voiced his regret that he ever worked for it, avowing that, had he known what it would become, he would never have contributed to the Reagan Revolution.[

In a nutshell we have an economist who at one time was a driving force behind the Reagan Revolution whom, now, has taken a opposing view to his former employer.

It is not that the video is in opposition to Roberts it seems to agree with him....yet it was not Roberts speaking in the video in the above thread.
