Now this story is just STUPID!!!



An Invercargill criminal who admitted dealing drugs while on home detention was yesterday given permission by the High Court to apply for more home detention.


I dont think any more really needs to be said here....

I cannot see how he got home detention in the first place.

its the us legal system at its best!!! it will be a good case for defence lawyers to use to get there clients out of detention centres and jails.

Whats better is that this happened in NZ...No the US.

ha ha sorry sounded like something a US judge would allow. Is still stupid no matter where it took place.
