For somebody who Hypes the word change on a daily basis, his action speaks differently.

He picked Biden as VP- where's the change. Biden reflects more of the same.

Obama changed his stance from the primaries to the General election- where's the change. Every politician changes his or hers stance from primary to general elections.

Obama's advisers are mostly leftovers- Where's the change. You would think that there would be fresh intellectuals individuals who could guide him just as well. Advisers from previous administrations are more likely to provide more of the same. Here are some of his advisers.

Barack Obama

Former Amb. Jeffrey Bader, President Clinton’s National Security Council Asia specialist and now head of Brookings’s China center, national security adviser

Mark Brzezinski, President Clinton’s National Security Council Southeast Europe specialist and now a partner at law firm McGuireWoods, national security adviser

Zbigniew Brzezinski, President Carter’s national security adviser and now a Center for Strategic and International Studies counselor and trustee and frequent guest on PBS’s NewsHour with Jim Lehrer, foreign policy adviser

Maybe what Obama is really trying to tell us is that the change he is really talking about is nothing more than more of the same.

Obama 08= My Change is More of the Same.

Thats the difference Jam
Obama never argued that experience was the only core reason for POTUS
, so yes he reserves that right to pick somebody more experienced. He never made it the prime reason for POTUS.

McCain however did, and yet he chose somebody half the experience of Obama after all, and shes a woman as well... way to go to get those Hill voters.

Now as for change, lets see now.

Obama never voted 95% of the time with Bush, oh hold on its 100% now.

Obama isnt going to keep troops in Iraq which is costing us $200 million a day and nobody knows why we're there anymore.

McCain scored a 0 on the evironment conservation record of voting,

McCain admits that washington has done nothing to solve the foreign oil dependence for the last 28years, oh hold on wasnt he in office the last 28years?

Where was McCain during hurricane Katrina? Celebrating with Bush, now he wants to distance himself from him and act all rightous over gustav. Yep its election season folks.

Obama intends to bring in universal health care.

Obama intends to focus more on alternative fuel.

McCains only answer to the fuel crises is to drill drll drill in Alaskas northern slope, an area that has been drilled before. And how useful of him to pick a pro-drilling alaskan governor.

McCain cant recall howmany houses he has, says that your rich if you earn over 5 million and calls Obama and elitist despite the fact Obama earns less that.

McCain has given his committment to the neocons, all righties have on obama are rumors that fail to provide any evidence what so ever.

I could go on but why bother?

What's so ironic is that Palin actually has more executive experience than Obama and Biden. Obama claims he is gaining executive experience by running his campaign. I don't know about you, but that's the lamest claim out of his mouth yet. It would be funny if it weren't so scary.

As far as a lot of us former Hillary supporters, most will fall in line, hold their noses and vote Obama, some like myself will vote for McCain sheerly out of spite. I don't reward bad behavior and won't change my personal policy for any political party.

SEEKER mom you need to stop watching your TV and read some.

I know FOX news is on TV, and I know it is easy to believe the TV. But it seems to me
You have just Quoted the logic from the TV...

If you are for PALIN stop focusing on the my pecker is bigger then your line... Give some substance - What in particular has she accomplished beside TWO TITLES???

And if she has more foreign policy experience then WINSTON CHURCHILL himself
answer to your self why she has only just gotten her passport in 2007?

Just because the TV reenforces does not make it so...

CAN you Imagine if she is asked any SPECIFIC foreign policy questions during the debate???

If things keep going like this, the only thing Obama will be changing is McCain's adult-diapers.

Did you really expect the choice of change in this election?

What change? don't tell me that you are gullible enough to believe the crap that comes out of the mouth of our corrupted politicians.

Really need to do a reality check, not politician running for office have any agenda geared to the citizens of this nation.

They all belong to the same powers behind the government.

Wake up and smell the rotten government system we have in power.

Neither Obama or McCain are going to change darn thing.

A star well deserved.

I agree 100%.

I actually see similarities between Bush and Obama as far as running their campaigns. Both want to unite, bring something different to Washington, make Congress play nice, etc etc...

Thanks jam321 I am sorry I was a littler bit harsh but to tell you the truth so many people are so blind they don't see how we have been played at with the political bickering, fighting and the propaganda.

One star and a flag for the thread.

And tell me where is Palins "executive experience"? All I hear is talk. All past presidents who had executive experience completed atleast one full term as governors and have been in politics for atleast a decade

Honestly your a Hillary supporter? You just amaze me how you can fall for this guy. The least you can do is write Hillary in but instead you fall for McCains sexist tactic in choosing Palin? To think I actually felt insulted on behalf of all Hill supporters of McCains biological pick but now I just feel damn sorry for the irrationality of some hill supporters.

Obama is over 90% inline with Hillaries policies.
Palin is the complete opposite of Hillary and will take your individual rights as a woman away.
McCain thinks he can choose a woman as VP and all Hill supporters will just fall for it, I mean he thinks thats how naive and desperate women are and you, mam, are just proving him right.
Hillary already put her support behind Obama and already stated that Palin makes McCain no different.

But its obvious your voting McCain for other reasons, not just Hillary, so yes you can cut the "because im a hill supporter" BS.

I feel like no matter what promises a president or politician makes during a campaign or even after they win, they get overwhelmed by the reality of Washington and can not follow through. Obama promises "change" (though I haven't caught how he plans to make this change), but I don't see that happening even if he is elected president just because of the stubborn nature of politics in the US. If elected and if he does indeed make this change for the good of all, well then... good for us. If not, then at least the right will have a good four-year laugh.

The only ones to be laugh at will be as usual the American public, as this politicians of today already are bought and pay by high interest, the same interest that is running this nation.

While McCain knows how Washington works as he has lined his pocket with big interest money.

Obama is going to get the surprise of his life, money corrupt and all politicians in Washington are corrupted.

It's McCain vs Obama in the experience department, btw. McCain is the winner on that point.

Yes, but Biden still beats him with more than 35 years in the Senate. What did Biden do to ease the energy crisis again?

And what exactly was McCain's role during Katrina? Same as Biden or Obama's. Where were they during Katrina?

Please, don't remind us. If you think health care is expensive now, just wait til it's free.

Yawn. Pure rhetoric, PC-speak. Sounds good, "alternative fuels". Where are his specifics?

Wrong. McCain is against drilling in ANWR. He does support offshore drilling, which more than 80% of Americans agree with.

Debunked a bazillion times over. His wife has real estate investments; not unnatural for him to not know all the specifics

Yes and who made the VP choices a big deal before? The righties.
Whos made the experience arguement before? The righties.
Whos made the arguement that Palin is more experienced than Obama? The righties.
How long has Palin been in government office? Barely two years. How long has Obama been in government office? 11years.

Can you tell me how Palin has more advanced executive experience again?
