Where is the evidence that these were civilians? Once you've found proof that these were civilians, and not separatist fighters, where is your proof they they were deliberately targeted? And once you have proof that they were deliberately targeted, where is your proof that they were not just misidentified?

Rockets missing their target and hitting the wrong people is not genocide. People being in the same building as a target and getting killed with them is not genocide. A couple of rogue units going crazy and killing a bunch of people isn't genocide either - it's murder on their part, but it's not genocide on behalf of their government.

High collateral damage cannot be avoided when a force is armed primarily with outdated SOVIET equipment.

You keep screaming genocide like a Russian-trained parrot. You keep posting these worthless crap articles that are based on the word of Russian and South Ossetian "officials" as their sources. And here you sit, stewing in anger and wallowing in your sick hatred, with no proof whatsoever that any genocide actually occurred. All you have is a list of collateral damage, provided by the legitimate government of one of the forces directly involved in the conflict.

Edit to add:

In fact, while I'm asking for proof, where's your proof that all these people with "place of burial: unknown" are even dead to begin with? Or that they died because of the fighting?

more BS from you ....

clearly the shelling of SO capaital and use of cluster bombs in civilian areas contradicts that .....

the list of the dead is there already and its huge , by the this is statement of western reporter:

War in the Caucasus: destruction in Tskhinvali
'I've never heard anything so monstrous as people shelling a hospital'
Tom Parfitt travelled to Tskhinvali, in a trip organised by the Kremlin, to witness first hand the destruction caused by the battle for South Ossetia

A convoy of three buses and an escort of armed Russian Special Forces soldiers travelled across the border with Russia into South Ossetia yesterday, in a trip organised by the Kremlin for foreign media to witness first hand the destruction in Tskhinvali.

At the village of Dzhava 20 miles beyond the border a huge queue of Russian military hardware stood pointing south, testament to the might of the resurgent Russian state.

Several truck-mounted rocket launchers were a sign of Moscow's intent to hold Tskhinvali at all costs. Approaching Tskhinvali, the group of reporters was transferred to armoured personnel carriers because of the risk of fire from Georgian snipers, said the Russian officers leading the trip.

In villages close to the city there were many burned out houses, and others were still ablaze.

One man showed the Guardian the metal casing of a Grad rocket lodged in the ruins of his home: "We managed to escape to the shelter just in time," he said, pointing at the mouth of a cellar protected by huge chunks of concrete. Colonel Konashenko said: "The Georgians could not get tanks through these narrow streets. So first they turned it to ruins with a Grad attack and tried to punch through here to the centre of the city. There was heavy fighting in the streets. I think more than 500 bodies were pulled out of this part of town." Asked if there had been atrocities against civilians the Colonel replied: "I personally saw one man beheaded lying in the street and others say they witnessed civilians who had been finished off with a shot to the back of the head."

clearly, you should say for yourself, 'i am a western propaganda parrot' , who has no proof to provide

All you have is a list of collateral damage, provided by the legitimate government of one of the forces directly involved in the conflict.

correction a clearcut genocide .... not what western propaganda BS as you spout ....

heres something from a indian source:

he Georgian forces’ assault on Tskhinvali, the capital of South Ossetia, masterminded by the melodramatic President, Mikheil Saakashvili, took everyone, including Russia and the West, by surprise. On hindsight, it appears the military misadventure was intended to frame Russia as an aggressor through lies and deception as also to outmanoeuvre Moscow militarily through stealth. Malicious propaganda like “Tblisi on the verge of occupation” and “Russia using weapons of mass destruction” was used by Saakashvili to mislead the world. Saaskashvili knew that Russia would retaliate but he was hoping to turn the tables on Moscow by blaming it for excesses and sufferings of the people. The Georgian leader’s deceptive statements prompted many Western news agencies and TV channels to proclaim Russia as an aggressor at least initially.
