Kerry campaign caves on foreign endorsements

With controversy surrounding the Kerry campaign in the last week due to Kerrys comment that many un-named foreign leaders support him over Bush for president, His campaigns FPA had this to say in a statement detailed on drudge;

Kerry Foreign Policy Advisor Rand Beers issued the following statement today: '...It is simply not appropriate for any foreign leader to endorse a candidate in America's presidential election.
