Or haarp related occurence. I would strongly advise you to check out intellicast.com. There are some VERY interesting ocurrence happenig now.

theres nothing on intellicast that refers to haarp, and there are no maps of electromagnetic/geoelectromagnetic activity. If I missed it please post where, because I could find no such information on the site that would suggest that haarp is actually being used to manipulate the weather.

Aside from the heat signatures in the infrared maps in the gulf and equatorial region, there is a lot of heat in the antarctic. Not sure if thats normal in the area around this time of year but perhaps a weather expert could lend a hand.
