Georgia doesn't even border Iran. Why would US/Israel need Georgia to attack Iran, when they have Iraq and Afghanistan - more than enough ground to prepare and launch any attack from.

Yes ,Maloy is correct i believe they would have to cross Armenia or Azerbaijan to enter Iran.(scratches head, wonders why an explanation for dooper)

You said it yourself. Both territories are technically property of Georgia.....no matter how much Putin says otherwise.
