Sarah Palin announces daughter is pregnant

Lefty Bloggers Go After Palin's Daughter

Members of the lefty blogosphere haven't stopped perpetuating the rumor Sarah Palin "faked" her last pregnancy and are now humiliating her daughter Bristol on the blatantly incorrect suspicion she is the real mother of baby Trig.

It's entirely possible that her daughter WANTED to get pregnant. Perhaps she and her fiance felt they were ready for a family. Maybe they have been engaged for some time. Who knows?

I am wondering if Palin will drop out. She will officially be nominated in the next few days so IF she plans on dropping out - or if McCain asks her to - now would be the time to do it.

And as far as the fundamentalist Christians having less of a problem with it - look at the statements that have come out from the various religious leaders. They are offering support and prayers. Then just read this thread and you will see that it's the liberals for the most part, that are tearing Palin apart.

Obama's stock wen't way up in my book. I wish like hell he was not such a marxist. His days at Harvard and his beliefs, differ too much from mine. But I think he took the high road on this, and I hope he jumps ship to the GOP one day.

I can't even imagine what the right-wing would be saying if the roles were reversed and Obama had a 16 year old daughter who got pregnant.

When you put it that way ... without girls like her, there would be no Obama ...after all, despite the way he is treated, Obama isn't a product of the Virgin Mary.

I think this will increase Palin's crossover appeal. A mother, with a vibrant career, a disabled baby, and a pregnant teenage daughter. This candidate is Gold bullion.

Do any of you have any idea how relevent she is to the modern American woman? I won't even mention that the idea of young children and babies in the White House is a huge vote getter.

#1 There is no connection between the rumor that Sarah Palins Child had a baby and her mom kept it and that her daughter is no pregnant.

there wasn't a half truth, there was a zero truth and the fact that her daughter is pregnant dispels a giant LIE that was made up.

#2 Mom was 100% HONEST

#3 She is a Pro Life Candidate and her family is... walking the walk, her daughter is 5 months pregnant and didn't have an abortion, Sarah and her husband will help them financially surely and it will cost them and this is a family sticking to what they bellieve, including her son serving in Iraq!

It's an example, Obamas daughter very likely would KILL the child and having been adopted myself I think very highly f the Palins commitment to Human life.

There is Zero scandal here, we would never know if The Clintons daughter or any of the others including Bush had had children at that age because they would be washed down a drain

Can I ask two rather stupid questions? What does it matter if Palin's daughter is pregnant and who really cares, I mean really cares?

Does her pregnancy have any impact on the econony?
On gas prices?
On the housing crisis?
On social security and keeping it solvent?
On the military?
On the war in Iraq, the war on terror?
On urban violence?
On the environment, on global warming?
On universal health care?
On global issues like Russia's seeming aggression and/or human rights in China?
On illegal immigration?
On poverty in this country and around the world?

The only ISSUE I can see this having any relationship to is the abortion issue, and guess what? She had the "right" to abort, but decided to keep the baby and get married to its father. Does her pregnancy, her decision really touch any one of us in our daily lives? I've thought and thought, and it doesn't make a difference in my day to day activities.

There are issues in this presidential race, folks, REAL ISSUES, and Bristol Palin's pregnancy isn't one of them.

What's more important: her pregnancy or the issues facing this country??

My 'girls like her' statement came from Sporks mention that without girls like her there wouldn't be meatloaf songs or something to that effect.

First of all, have you guys heard of Irish twins? They could easily be lying and saying she is 5 months pregnant, when she is really 3 months pregnant in actuality.

Think about how convenient all of these things are.

1. Rumors about Palin being the grandmother. The very next day, the news is leaked that the daughter is actually pregnant right now, and they knew all along. Why not tell us from the start then?

2. Daughter is all of a sudden marrying the father. Did he drop on one knee today?

3. 5 months pregnant. So in 4 more months it will be after the election. Such a convenient number to pick.

Ironic things to me:

1. She is anti-sex ed and her 16 yr old daughter got pregnant, out of marriage.

2. The quote she said about her guts being thrashed around and how much she loved that when she was pregnant. I'm still not giving up the idea that Trig is definitely Sarah's.
