it took me a few windows to find out that Mansfield is in Ohio (not NJ as i 1st assumed)
I would liken the local Mansfield media and political leanings to be very similar to the local African-American incorporated town here along the beach in SC...a town named 'Atlantic Beach'
their claim to fame is the annual ''Black Bike Week" which is seperate from the 2 'Harley Bike Week' events that happen here at SC beaches.


Pride is justified, the man made it to the top...democrat party wise,

just when "doth protest too much" come into play?
just when does " adulation" 'hero worship' both become a hinderance?

in a way it's the media.
possibly obama's campaign know's this idol/messiah crap is going on..

i see where it's all coming from..obama and his campaign ..
they see and are doing it too.
They are aggravating it on for vote's.
which is sick in a way.

This is not REVERSE racism, it's DIRECT racism.

The word I really think you're looking for is DOUBLE STANDARD.

And yes, people are getting really sick of it. And they are getting sick of being labeled as racists just because they're sick of being subjected to the double-standard.

I can guarantee you that here in Pennsylvania Obama is in for an uphill battle because of this. The white blue-collar workers here are not racists. However, they are proud people who don't suffer fools kindly.

Obama's condescending remarks about the white middle-class here were pure racism, and the voters here recognized it.

Can you imagine if a white politician would have said anything similar?

"Well.... yeah.... the inner city blacks aren't voting for me because they cling to their crack...."

But because Barry O. is black he gets a free pass in the MSM. Why? Because they PLANNED from day 1 to respond to any criticism by implying it's racist.

It's typical of the double standard that exists in America today. Earlier this morning, on CNN, the black anchor was interviewing a Black Blogger who was supporting McCain. The anchor asked him how, as an African American, he could ignore the historic importance of Obama's possible election, to vote for McCain. Imagine that, a CNN "News" anchor, chiding someone of the same race as Obama, for voting for McCain. Now THAT'S a real double standard!
