It definitely doesn't look masonic. It may be some kind of union pin.

Pretty sure what you have there is a Sears & Roebuck employee pin. Not sure from what year, as they handed them out over several decades. My father worked for Sears from roughly 1958 to 2000. I have his pin right here; the same symbols, but on a round pin. (I think the diamond shape came a little later.) I believe the building was their old headquarters.

These pins were typically 10k gold, awarded for various reasons, including anniversaries of employment (10th year, 20th year, etc.).
