Actually, One would think if it is some sort of space craft, entering and exiting the atmosphere numerous time that it wouldn't have any kind of flammable material on it at all would it??

Also no one has mentioned the colour of the flames yet. I'm no expert but I'm sure with a bit of research maybe we could work out what burns like that?

It needs processed (photos, one by one) to see what it is.

It's bizarre as in the end it shows it's a parachute. Don't know how it could be on fire and be intact after that. Not very genuine all this, attention-seeking. Movie-edit, plenty other examples in cinema.

I will say that this is a very fascinating video, but, why would anyone that knew what they were filming was an anomaly and edit it to the extent that it has been? ... I mean that if you knew that it was a type of anomaly, why would you edit it at all?

The answer is.... You edit the crap out of it, post it on YouTube and let peoples imaginations run wild and create threads in conspiracy forums such as ATS and sit back and laugh at all the people that get emotional about it.... (or just post "blind" or for points.)

So when posting web finds, can we please just be a little more objective??

Its been edited, cropped and the a little over one minute original clip has been pasted back together for length. This is a magnesium flare. Magnesium is a metal that will burn and burns so hot that if you hit it with just water it separates the hydrogen from the water and turns the water that is ion contact with the alloy to turn flammable.

This is not an alien craft.

RC Airplane with Sparklers attached. This is the 5th movie I've seen like this.

NOTE: It does not hover, if it did, the sparklers would lose the effect.

The only way I can imagine one could differentiate an RC plane from a full sized plane is the size to speed ratio. RC planes travel their body length dozens of times each second, while larger planes don't.

If this was an RC plane, then the light emitting object attached to it would have to be many times its length wouldn't it?

They are part of the video editing software. In this case you will see them whenever the video has been clipped and starts over to cover for the editing. This is a short clip of a magnesium flare but there is not enough detail to tell if someone is running with it on a stick or what.

Space junk nor meteorites make large turns on their descent. This object did.

What is it? It could be a helicopter, or it could be paratroopers with fireworks, although I'd hesitate to think that given the fact that if the fireworks catch the parachutes on fire, someone's gonna fall a long ways.

The only that thing that comes out Brazil are scams.

One would think though, If something (anything) was on fire like
that it would land pretty soon. And if it landed be it meteor / space
junk / UFO would be in the News.

I would like to point out that the video in the OP is NOT the original one:

you can compare the OP video quality, which is crappy


with the quality of this one, which was uploaded one year before, without any editing:


not to mention that the original one has also the original audio:
so if one is interested in the sighting, should ignore the one of the OP because it was clearly edited with the same effect that you can see at its start, and its quality is way worse.
That being said, i've posted at page # 2 a video of skydiving with flares, this one:

this is the video of a performance (night jump with flares) which took place in the SAME location (Piracicaba) the SAME month of the SAME year: we just don't know if even the day was the same: the author of the jump is Mauro Escolano, a specialist with this stuff, i've tried to email him, i don't know if he will be so kind to come here or at least to reply to my email.
Anyway: what are the actual differences between the two videos in appearance, behavior in flight etcetera? I honestly think i'm looking at the same exact stuff with just some small difference in brightness and color, which by the way can be determined by a LOT of factors, including camera settings:
who believes that this can't be done, can take a look at this video of a Red Bull Air Force at the moment of the launch:

here you can see where the flares are positioned: needless to say, here the flares have a more thin appearance because of the speed acquired after the jump, in free fall, and perhaps were also smaller ones: in Piracicaba there are at least two fields specialized in this stuff: this one and this one.
These are the facts i've been able to find out so far, i hope this helps.

Notice at :24 into the video how the streak dives only to reappear way up and top of the video. This to me doesn't make sense unless possibly there were two para-jumpers and ones flare was burning out on his descent to land and the other jumper who was much higher in altitude then fired off the other flare, assuming that that is what it is.

It was hilarious watching that RC plane and sparkler vids.

The guy clearly had a hard time flying it in the dark and ALSO crashed his beloved plane in the search for truth.

10/10 for that man.

It's odd. Because of my aforementioned thoughts, I do not believe this to be aliens.

It's still odd though, because if this was a skydiver with a flare, then how on earth does he do 180 degree turns? Quickly and smoothly at that.

Now I'm actually glad this nonsense thread went on as long as it did; just to see his post. I would have shut it down and referred to the original thread about this video containing the original, unedited footage where solid evidence of Earthly origin was provided.
