This question crops up alot. If i change my ATS time setting to the actual timezone i am in, it is also incorrect, i am meant to be on GMT+10, however on ATS i put it on GMT+9 to get the right time.

My guess is that you are probably +/-1 hour from native time, so what i might suggest to you is just change the timezone to another timezone that displays correctly.

Often there is a setting in your browser that selects time zones. Therefore, if yours is set to west coast or something, it will keep changing it back to that.

Browser settings are the first place i'd look.
