It's about time! This has bothered me from the moment he started his campaign. I have a few friends that had dual citizenship and upon joining the military they were forced to denounce thier citizenship to thier home country. Now, if we require that for a person in the army, why should we allow the president to have dual citizenship?

The action seeks an injunction preventing the senator from continuing his candidacy and a court order enjoining the DNC from nominating him next week, all on grounds that Sen. Obama is constitutionally ineligible to run for and hold the office of President of the United States.

I hope this goes somewhere but if you read the cut/paste that I took from the link you provided, you will notice that they were hoping to stop him from being officially nominated during the convention.

Do you have any updated information on this? What is the status at this time?
