when it comes to links try this...

the * makes it a bullet point, the [ and ] lock it in, post up the link and then hit space and type in the caption you wish to use. if your unsure click edit on it and see what i did. Over all, not a bad edit.

Format wise -- try to do a format like this one or this one.

That is a very interesting article. I did not realize how much power the EU had over sovereign nations. One thing, I see you used the abbreviation "MP" several times. You may want to give the definition once in the article what an MP is. Over all, very good article, I am giving you 5,000 pts. for your efforts.
